In this episode we talk with Dr. Les Anderson, University of Kentucky Extension specialist for Beef Reproductive Physiology, about the importance of preg checking cows, and the methods we can use to diagnose pregnancies in our beef herds.  He will give us some great insights about how to make sure we have live calves in our cows for our next calving season.  He will also discuss the latest tool we have to diagnose pregnancy chute side with a blood test.  

In this episode we will talk with Dr. Bob Coleman, Extension Equine Specialist, about hauling our equine partners to shows and trail rides.  We will discuss important aspects of the trailer, extreme weather, hauling durations, protective equipment for the horse in the trailer and feeding and watering while hauling.
